They do go beyond for they customers for sure and I'm sorry his name. But I went up to get a u haul got dropped off. And I was short money and they guy I was dealing with offered to drive me to add more money to my card. I was greatful 🙏 for that just sucks things didn't go as planned then. And doing reservation oine for truck needs some work to it. Same reservations different things different price online then in person.

Car over heated I brought it in on my lunch break to have it looked at they found the problem got the parts needed and had it fixed and ready by the time I got off work. Excellent service all around I highly recommend

My tie rod came apart and left me in the middle of the road at an intersection…. Elite came by already towing a car but came back and not only towed me but fixed my car same day… they were awesome Highly recommend them…! :)
